Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll drive reporting excellence through a comprehensive set of duties:

• Support the current base of critical business reporting per established schedules (daily, weekly, monthly), analyzing and consolidating key performance indicators.
• Propose the most effective methodologies for calculating metrics to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Refine and maintain existing tools, modifying, optimizing, and automating processes based on business needs.
• Develop reporting using efficient tools, followed by thorough testing with all process stakeholders.
• Organize and coordinate cross-functional interactions to optimize reporting and target-setting processes.
• Conduct regular cross-functional meetings and monitor action plan execution to minimize service level losses short- and long-term.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications, coordinating with all involved parties.
• Handle complex business data requests and collaborate with IT on automation projects.
• Provide informational support and conduct internal training on data analytics in reporting and KPI formation principles.
• Work with analytical systems like BOBJ, SAP, and SAP BI, troubleshooting issues and managing incidents.

Additional responsibilities include performance management, risk mitigation per SLA requirements, change implementation, building relationships across sales, HR, business development, operations, and finance teams, creating presentations and guides, developing internal tools, knowledge assessment tools, and ensuring continuous process improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed, candidates should possess:

• Higher education in technical, mathematical, IT, statistics, finance, or analytics fields (preferred).
• Over 2 years in analytics, reporting, or statistics; at least 1 year with sales reporting; FMCG experience as a plus.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot mandatory), Power BI; analytical systems and macros as advantages.
• Fluent Russian and intermediate English.
• Multitasking ability, quick decision-making, risk assessment, prioritization, KPI identification, and handling large data volumes under tight deadlines.
• Technical/analytical mindset, stress resistance, client orientation, and strong communication/team/project skills.
