As Sales Senior District Leader (USM) in Menia, Egypt, you'll spearhead sales operations for your district/center (DC/Unit). This full-time role demands a results-driven leader to hit revenue targets, expand distribution, and optimize profitability in the competitive FMCG landscape. Reporting to regional sales leadership, you'll coach teams, execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and ensure operational excellence. Ideal for seasoned sales professionals passionate about driving PepsiCo's market dominance in Egypt's vibrant food and beverage sector.
Manage revenue, profitability, and CTS (D&A and S&D costs) across your DC/Unit. Craft accurate sales forecasts and roll out S&D plans to smash volume targets. Lead the annual operating plan (AOP) process with robust action plans covering infrastructure needs for volume, market share, profitability, and productivity while controlling D&A.
Regularly review trade coverage plans using fresh market data. Expand distribution per AOP goals. Track DC/Unit volume (DSD/ISD/Pre-Sell), revenue, channel CTS, market share, cooler penetration, SKU distribution, route efficiencies, handheld automation KPIs, productivity initiatives, and GTM dashboard metrics.
Motivate, train, and develop your team via formal and informal coaching to hit goals. Lead people planning, equip supervisors, and support Health & Safety programs. Ensure 100% structure and headcount for Sales Representatives.
Oversee monthly reporting, tactical calendars, channel topline plans, merchandising, trade promotions, budget tracking, and company assets like coolers/racks. Drive productivity, distribution, and discipline KPIs per WEC guidelines.
We're seeking a results-oriented leader with deep FMCG field sales and distribution expertise. Key must-haves include solid GTM experience, strategy setting, financial knowledge, market/channel design, revenue management, and productivity mastery. Advanced communication skills and fluent English are essential. Internal applicants need to meet the Sales Skills Assessment (SSA) minimum. Your field-proven track record will propel PepsiCo's growth in Menia.
