As a Sales Supervisor at PepsiCo's Epping Bakery in Western Cape, South Africa, you will lead sales efforts in a dynamic FMCG environment. This full-time role focuses on modern trade channels including wholesale, away-from-home, forecourts, and modern trade outlets. You will meet revenue growth targets, ensure superior in-store execution, and manage key retail accounts to drive product availability and sales performance.
Reporting to sales leadership, you will supervise teams, optimize routes, execute promotions, and analyze competitor data to implement effective sales strategies. Meet ambitious sales targets in modern trade by managing key retail accounts and ensuring excellent in-store execution. Track and supervise service levels to maximize revenue growth and prevent out-of-stock situations.
Conduct route ridings, sales meetings, and route optimization. Control discounts and pricing, supervise the promotions team, and deliver accurate weekly sales reports. Collect and report competitor intelligence to inform strategies.
Compile and implement sales and promotional plans. Execute marketing activities, manage relationships with store managers and merchandisers, and conduct regular business reviews with key customers across wholesale, away-from-home, forecourts, and modern trade channels.
Track stock levels, drive product availability, and support customers to ensure seamless service. Leverage data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
