  • Identify and develop new customers and nominate potential distributors to the Territory Development Manager.
  • Ensure distributors adhere to business contracts, maintain infrastructure standards, and receive timely information on targets, policies, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with distributors on market development plans, optimize inventory management, and resolve issues like damaged goods and program settlements.
  • Analyze distributor P&L statements and recommend improvement actions.
  • Set and reset sales routes for maximum efficiency, monitor pricing policies, and oversee effective deployment of trade-oriented training (TOT), point-of-sale materials (POSM), and displays.
  • Maintain accurate daily coverage reports (DCR), compile market and competitor insights for management.
  • Manage customer databases by route, type, and volume; execute key account development plans and handle customer feedback professionally.
  • Support DCR recruitment, provide training via field coaching, one-on-ones, and group meetings; set monthly targets and evaluate performance.
  • Manage territories, ensure compliance with assigned areas, and travel as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales supervisory role, preferably in food & beverage.
