  • Supervise DCR reporting, gather market/competitor intelligence, and manage key customer relationships.
  • Recruit, train, and coach DCR teams using structured tools like field coaching and group meetings; set monthly targets and evaluate performance.
  • Manage territory coverage, ensuring sales occur within designated areas, with focus on competitor exclusive outlets.
