We have an opportunity for a Sales Support Assistant to join our Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies Sales team (Finland and Baltic) based in Helsinki, Finland. We are looking for a highly motivated person to be part of our team with previous experience in a sales environment being considered an advantage, also exposure to working in an international company is preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to the Sales Director and the Sales team, and Management team
• Organizes customer and internal meetings, sales events and training
• Support Marketing and Communication activities
• Manages sales documentation, contracts, and orders together with the team
• Actively operates internal and external communication
• Works closely and supports various internal functions at Siemens Healthineers as well as with external customers and suppliers
