Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Drive data maintenance initiatives like account hierarchy cleanup, merging duplicates, contact movements, and cloud org transfers in Salesforce integrated with MongoDB ecosystems.
• Handle Tier-1 support through SalesOps Case Queue: triage, resolve issues, escalate to admins or Deal Desk as needed.
• Manage user administration: activate new users, deactivate departing ones across sales tools including MongoDB-powered analytics.
• Write SQL queries to automate processes, analyze trends, and generate insights from large sales datasets.
• Create Sigma/Tableau dashboards visualizing sales performance and MongoDB adoption metrics.
• Conduct Pipeline Generation research: qualify new accounts, build executive target lists using ZoomInfo and LeadIQ.
• Perform Salesforce configurations in Territory Management and Aviso forecasting tools.
• Identify trends signaling process/tool improvements and document SOPs.
• Collaborate across global time zones, create requirement docs, estimate timelines, and handle UAT for automations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Experience: Graduate with 2.5+ years sales ops experience; 3+ years SQL expertise.
• Salesforce Proficiency: Hands-on with objects (Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity), Data Loader, Demand Tools.
• Research Tools: ZoomInfo, InsideView, Crunchbase, LeadIQ, Cognism.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Macros, G Suite, ticketing (Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira), large data handling.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, multitasking, detail-oriented, customer-centric, critical thinking, problem-solving.
• Understanding of sales cycles, data segmentation, and business processes.
