Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

• Execute data maintenance and cleanup: Manage account hierarchies, merge duplicates, handle contact movements, and cloud org transfers in Salesforce integrated with MongoDB data platforms.
• Deliver Tier-1 support via Sales Operations Case Queue: Triage, resolve, or escalate cases to admins or Deal Desk.
• Serve as escalation point from Deal Desk, Commissions, and Support Operations teams.
• Update account/territory assignments and perform user administration in sales tools.
• Identify trends in issues for process, tool, or training improvements.
• Configure Salesforce.com, custom Territory Management, and Aviso forecasting tools.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and high-volume inbound requests.
• Write SQL queries to automate processes and analyze sales data patterns.
• Create Sigma/Tableau dashboards for actionable insights.
• Research and qualify new accounts, build pipeline generation reports using ZoomInfo and LeadIQ.
• Collaborate across global time zones, create requirement docs, estimate timelines, and handle UAT.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Experience: Graduate in any discipline; 2.5+ years sales operations preferred, 3+ years SQL with automation/BI skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Salesforce expertise (account, contact, lead, opportunity objects), Data Loader, Demand Tools, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Cognism.
• Tools & Systems: Ticketing (Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira), Advanced Excel/Macros, G Suite/Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, multitasking, attention to detail, customer-centricity, critical thinking, problem-solving.
• Sales Knowledge: Understanding of sales cycles, processes, data segmentation, territory management.
• Ability to handle large data volumes and work across time zones in a fast-paced environment.
