We are looking for a reliable and well-organized colleague to join our team and provide administrative and operational support to the sales department, ensuring smooth execution of business, contractual, and tender processes.

Your role:

• You support sales representatives throughout acquisition and sales processes
• You prepare and customize technical and commercial offers based on customer and sales requirements
• You manage documentation for private, non-public, and public tenders
• You process and coordinate contract documentation and document signing
• You maintain and update CRM, customer, and training databases
• You communicate with customers and support marketing and administrative activities

Your expertise:

• You have experience in sales support, back office, or administrative roles
• You are confident working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• You have experience with CRM systems or databases
• You are well organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• You communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal form in Slovak and English/German language
• You are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1900 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
