  • Prepare EST budgets, optimize team sizing and costs, and manage P&L for distributors while identifying efficiency gains.
  • Develop field execution evaluation forms across channels like Traditional Trade, On-Trade, and 3rd Party Distribution.
  • Facilitate communication, training, and tool optimization with cross-functional teams.
