We are looking for job title : Salesforce Architect

You’ll create impact by

• Defining and evolving the enterprise-level salesforce architecture roadmap to align with business strategy and ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Leading the develop of sophisticated, multi-cloud salesforce solutions and coordinated platforms that drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Establishing technical governance and standards within the salesforce center of perfection (CoE) to maintain consistency and quality across implementations.
• Driving integration and data strategies that optimize connectivity between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborating with global partners to communicate architectural vision and influence strategic decisions.
• Championing innovation and continuous improvement by demonstrating new Salesforce features and mentoring technical teams.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce experience (5+ years) in architectural roles, with shown success in multi-cloud implementations (e.g., Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud).
• Strong integration architecture knowledge, including API-led patterns and tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
• Expertise in data modeling, migration strategies, and governance within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development standard methodologies (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL).
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect (mandatory), with additional certifications being a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and Agile methodologies.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, enabling collaboration with C-level partners and mentoring technical teams.
• Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
