You’ll create impact by

• Demonstrating data-driven insights to optimize Salesforce platform performance, adoption, and return on investment.
• Building robust reporting frameworks and dashboards that empower partners with actionable intelligence.
• Identifying cost efficiencies and underutilized features to improve Salesforce investment.
• Ensuring data quality and governance across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Collaborating with distributed team members to translate sophisticated data into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Driving continuous improvement and innovation in analytics and reporting within the Salesforce CoE.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with confirmed focus on Salesforce data and analytics.
• Proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics), and BI tools.
• Expertise in SQL (SOQL/SOSL) and ETL processes for data extraction and transformation.
• Solid grasp of Salesforce data model, governance principles, and data quality standard methodologies.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred) and additional certifications like Tableau CRM Consultant (helpful).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to convey insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and multi-functionally in a global, fast-paced environment.
