If you believe in business as the greatest platform for change and in companies doing well and doing good – you’ve come to the right place.About the RoleAs a Digital Platform Success Sr. Manager, you will own onboarding new teams, author success and wider platform enablement for adopters of our digital platform, including the Page Builder CMS, Marketing Catalogs, Digital Offers Service and Agent UI. You will be a key partner for a widespread group of marketers, including web authors and digital strategists, who are responsible for salesforce.com and other key properties in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will help those teams use the platform most effectively, and partner with product management and engineering teams to triage issues, bugs and field enhancement requests.This role requires a blend of strategic planning, process development to scale marketer success and hands-on execution.About YouLove to wear multiple hatsBuilds the relationships to make things happenAble to operate independently - identifying teams to engage with and opportunities for process improvementHighly functional in a fast-paced environmentComfortable bending between the tactical and strategicA service-oriented person who prioritizes customer successEnjoy working across teams and functionsLover of data - comfortable running analytics and reporting for the products that you touch to inform your approachYour Impact - Responsibilities:Program Ownership & Execution: You will operate customer success like a program - your work will span multiple teams & stakeholder groups, so there will be a need to prioritize and identify areas of opportunity for improving onboarding, enablement & usage of the platformStakeholder Alignment & Influence: Align stakeholders by identifying process or tactical opportunities that span across Clouds or domains. Additionally your input will influence the product roadmap across a number of digital platform teamsProblem Solving & Enablement: Be the first line of defense for issues, translating bugs and enhancement requests into actionable work items for engineering and product teams. Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goalsCommunication: Communicate proactively and effectively cross functionally. Clear communication style to ensure understanding and alignment with all stakeholdersMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience7+ years of experience with product development programs and a strong understanding of the SaaS business modelProven experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using Agile methodologiesStrong organizational, analysis, and communication skills conducive to driving consensusDemonstrated ability to work mostly independently, driving planning and execution for your sub-programAbility to establish credibility and rapport with partners across multiple levels and functionsExperience with analytics and reporting tools, like Tableau and Salesforce Reporting For roles in San Francisco and Los Angeles: Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
