Top sales talent across the world join us for our “change the world” mentality and the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.You will be responsible for driving enterprise sales Tableau initiatives into a Financial Services/ Insurance territory consisting of the largest companies in Brazil.Your accounts will be a blend of clients (50% greenfield and 50% install base) with additional revenue opportunities and prospects.You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and referenceable customers.Responsibilities include:Generating new business in existing accounts and new markets.We are seeking quota-carrying sales performers to help us grow our Brazilian customer base.Driving strategic, enterprise-wide CRM initiatives for companies across the region.Developing key customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.Creating and executing long-term account strategies aligned with customer business objectives.Coordinating internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.Performing account planning to ensure strategic alignment across all sales resources.Sharing Salesforce’s value proposition with existing and/or new customers.Driving growth within new and existing assigned accounts.RequirementsDemonstrated ability in Enterprise Software Sales, ideally with large enterprise experience.Proven track record in a hunting position with strong team-selling skills.History of quota overachievement and results-driven performance.Strong relationships with C-Level executives.Deep experience in Solution Selling and managing long sales cycles.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead virtual teams.Experience in Financial Services/Insurance industries preferred.Proven consultative sales and ROI articulation skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key Functional CompetenciesBusiness FoundationsIndustry FoundationsValue CalculationPoint of View DevelopmentValue RealizationAccount Team AlignmentExecutive Alignment
