Description We are looking for a Solution Engineer specific to the Salesforce National Security business segment. SNS is Salesforce’s contracting entity dedicated to the US Intelligence Community and US National Security market, and in this capacity is a major component of Salesforce’s Global Public Sector. Salesforce Global Public Sector has dedicated teams supporting Federal Civilian Agencies, State & Local Agencies, the Department of Defense, and Government Contractors in addition to SNS.Your Impact:Present CRM solutions to a business or technical audience.Support the Solution Engineering and Sales teams by providing guidance on sales strategies, approaches to solve specific problems, as well as represent their team's needs to the executive staff.Work closely with operations, product managers and other key team members to represent and deliver the unique security and compliance requirements of our US Intelligence Community customers.Communicate and strategize with Sales Leadership on how best to address the region to drive customer success and closed deals.Allocate resources across your region to maximize impact.Act as a sounding board for their team, being someone who SEs feel comfortable bringing challenges to and working through a solution.We are looking for the following attributes:Compelling CommunicatorCustomer Discovery skillsTechnical and Business AcumenTeaming (internal and external)Consultative Selling MindsetDigital TransformationIndustry Experience with the ICFamiliar with Cloud Security & Compliance (ICD, FedRAMP, Risk Management Framework, DoD IL levels, etc).Minimum Requirements:Prior Solutions Management in a related fieldProficient with CRM technologies (or other Enterprise business applications) and be able to present to a business or technical audienceAnalytical and Strategic in approach to solving complex business problems.Current TS/SCI Clearance with PolygraphPreferred Requirements:BA/BS in Related Field5+ years experience in Management with a track record of success in driving strategic teamsNOTE: Qualification for this job is contingent upon acceptable results from a background investigation and maintaining the specific level U.S. government background investigation required for this role. All offers of employment are contingent upon Government approval of your TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance

  • Present CRM solutions to a business or technical audience.
  • Support the Solution Engineering and Sales teams by providing guidance on sales strategies, approaches to solve specific problems, as well as represent their team's needs to the executive staff.
  • Work closely with operations, product managers and other key team members to represent and deliver the unique security and compliance requirements of our US Intelligence Community customers.
  • Communicate and strategize with Sales Leadership on how best to address the region to drive customer success and closed deals.
  • Allocate resources across your region to maximize impact.
  • Act as a sounding board for their team, being someone who SEs feel comfortable bringing challenges to and working through a solution.
