We are looking for job title : Salesforce Licensing specialist for Center of Excellence

You’ll create impact by

• Leading and optimizing Salesforce licenses across a large, multi-org enterprise to improve value and minimize costs.
• Conducting comprehensive license audits to identify unused or underutilized licenses and ensure compliance.
• Developing strategic license optimization roadmaps that deliver significant cost savings and efficiency.
• Establishing governance frameworks and standard processes for ongoing license management and reporting.
• Collaborating with procurement, finance, and business units to align licensing strategies with interpersonal goals.
• Providing actionable insights and recommendations through detailed reporting and analysis of license utilization.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• 5–10 years of experience in software asset management or IT procurement, with a proven focus on licensing.
• Shown ability to lead and optimize Salesforce licenses in multi-cloud, multi-org environments.
• Expertise in license audits, cost modeling, and case development.
• Good understanding of Salesforce licensing models, editions, and associated features.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools) for supervising and reporting license utilization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce administrative functions related to user and license management.
• Certifications such as CSAM, ITIL, and Salesforce Platform Foundations (preferred).
• Outstanding analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence partners globally.
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
