MissionForce is seeking an exceptional Principal Member of Technical Staff to join our Salesforce development team building mission-critical applications for government agencies. In this senior technical role, you will develop and architect solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud serving the Department of Defense, Federal agencies, and the Intelligence Community.You will work with cutting-edge Salesforce technologies including Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Public Sector Solutions while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, and other government security requirements. This is a hands-on technical leadership position where you'll contribute code while mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical DevelopmentLeads feature development across teams.Independently design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative toolsBuild complex integrations between Salesforce and government systems using REST/SOAP APIsDevelop solutions that work in air-gapped and offline environmentsOptimize applications for performance within governor limitsCreate reusable components and frameworks for government use casesTechnical LeadershipProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development team membersLead code reviews and establish coding standardsProvides oversight through code and design reviews for features delivered by other developers within their scrum team.Collaborate with architects on technical design decisionsDrive adoption of best practices for Salesforce developmentParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planningContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharingDevelop test plans and test automation for features and/or productsVerify quality of the code delivered through manual and automated testing.
