Role Overview

The Salesforce/NetSuite Engineering Manager in Canonical's Commercial Systems unit is a pivotal leadership role. This position focuses on the Business Systems team, which manages critical systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, and other CRM/ERP platforms. These services are central to Canonical's operations, enabling seamless business processes, compliance, and exceptional employee experiences. As a remote role based in EMEA, you'll lead software engineers in developing high-quality internal products that support Canonical's global growth. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience in software development with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems is essential. You should exhibit a history of exceeding expectations to achieve outstanding results, with professional written and spoken English and excellent presentation skills. A result-oriented mindset, personal drive to meet commitments, and willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two-week company events are required. Nice-to-have skills include experience in accounting, sales operations, or performance engineering.
