Job Description

Description As a Sales Leader for Tableau, you will manage and develop a high-performing team of Sales Specialists focused on the Enterprise Market, covering industries such as Telecom, Media, Retail, and others.You will play a strategic role in client and prospect meetings, while working cross-functionally with Account Teams and corporate partners to deliver impactful results.What You’ll DoLead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Specialists to achieve and exceed revenue goals.Participate and lead in client and prospect meetings, providing executive-level engagement and strategic support.Recruit, hire, and train new team members, fostering continuous learning and development.Coach direct reports on sales strategies, pipeline management, and deal execution.Report accurately on sales activity and forecasts to senior sales management.Drive demand generation initiatives and monitor sales activities to ensure consistent performance.Develop and execute winning sales campaigns to expand Tableau’s presence across key accounts.Build and maintain strong C-level relationships within enterprise organizations.Collaborate across functions — Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Partner Alliances, Services, Customer Success, and HR — to align strategy and drive success.Handle client escalations effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.Your ImpactYour leadership will directly influence Tableau’s growth and success in the enterprise market.You’ll:Inspire your team to deliver exceptional results and reach their full potential.Shape how customers leverage data to transform their business.Build a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.What We’re Looking ForProven success leading Account Executives or Sales Specialists in Software, Infrastructure, or Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) environments.Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams.Expertise in sales coaching, mentoring, and performance management.Exceptional presentation and executive engagement skills.Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.Self-starter with a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience in Data & Analytics – essential.Experience managing Enterprise accounts – essential.Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong plus.
