Job Description

Description The Salesforce Professional Services Regional Vice President is a critical role enabling and driving future growth in the Services Sales team in ASEAN. This individual will lead and drive a diverse team of services sellers (Account Partners), ensuring bookings and high revenue growth for Salesforce Professional Services.A strategic thinker with enterprise, commercial, and cross-functional skills, they should demonstrate high energy, and have strong sales management experience. This leader meets with C-level client executives on a regular basis and maintains strong relationships with internal peers in core Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure client needs are being met. The primary measurement of success for this role will be YOY growth in overall services bookings and revenue.Responsibilities:Exceed regional growth and bookings targets, ensure organisational health and high customer satisfaction goals as a regional leaderBuild, grow, lead and manage a team of qualified customer-focused Account Partners to create long-lasting customer relationships and deliver customer business valueEngage at the C-Level with customers and focus on consultative and solution selling opportunitiesBuild a strong relationship with the License Sales organisation and regional Customer Success and Alliances/Partner organisations that are instrumental to successCoach direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning/developmentHelp the license and services team to envision and sell large outcome-based deals in the largest accounts in ASEANWork proactively with the partner ecosystem to drive sales, technology adoption, and successful deployment of SalesforceMentor and develop the entire services sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training as needed.Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach direct reports on strategies to drive closings and run the business. Monitor sales activity and track resultsReport on sales activity and forecast to Senior Sales ManagementSupport other Geo RVPs and Account Partners by participating in and leading new and existing C-level client meetings; engage corporate resources as required to clearly communicate Salesforce's solutions and generate business value for our customersPreferred Qualifications & Skills:A proven track record of leading a team in a technology sales environmentSales management experienceExperience selling services into the Enterprise, Mid-Market and Commerical/Industrial verticals across ASEAN regionProven track record of over-achieving quota in a similar enterprise software application firm, selling subscription based productsDemonstrated ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships where you are recognised as a trusted advisorKnowledge of CRM platforms and typical CRM/Innovation projectsExcellent presentation and listening skillsHighly collaborative and excels in a complex, matrixed environmentTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environmentStrong customer references
