Description MuleSoft, the industry-leading Integration and API management platform, empowers enterprises globally to unlock data and accelerate innovation. We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join our Identity team at MuleSoft. In this role, you would lead teams to help solve the most important and complex issues our internal partners and external customers face with authentication & identity management.You will also take a key role in building the next generation of the MuleSoft platform – extending MuleSoft’s MuleSoft’s integration capabilities with the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging Agentforce, Tableau, and Slack to enhance our industry leading experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers across MuleSoft and Salesforce to drive interoperability between the two platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer support to deliver prioritize and deliver the most important identity investments for the MuleSoft Anypoint platformOwn and drive aspects of your product area from idea creation to delivery and adoption.Develop comprehensive product requirements, user stories, and prototypes to effectively guide engineering teams toward successful outcomes.Strategically contribute to the broader MuleSoft and Salesforce interoperable platform vision, ensuring alignment and cohesive product strategies across Salesforce’s diverse product lines.Drive a roadmap that continues to power our MuleSoft and Salesforce products for Identity that changes and iterates based on their end user needsEngage directly with sales and customer support teams to deeply understand customer challenges related to MuleSoft integrations and translate these insights into impactful product improvements.RequirementsHighly technicalHaving deep dives with Architects & ICs not only doesn’t scare you, it invigorates you!Exceptional communication and presentation skillsYou can synthesize and articulate highly technical concepts to individuals without context and get alignment easilyExcellent CollaboratorYou can work among multiple teams, understand their use cases, and where they fit with our platform and identity strategyDetail-oriented & pragmaticInconsistencies annoy you.
