Description The Senior Treasury Analyst role will report to the Director, Treasury and will support the Treasury Operations team. This includes, but not limited to, M&A bank account reconciliations and provide support on M&A daily operations, as well as provide global support as needed. The key measure of success in this role will be the individual’s ability to pivot between various Treasury responsibilities. This role is hybrid and will work out of the Indianapolis or Atlanta office three days a week. Responsibilities (not limited to the following):Wire processing, including confirmation and status updates on requestsPerform daily and monthly reconciliation and categorization on bank accountsSupport daily AMER cash positioningManage and optimize M&A bank balancesManage short term forecasting modelFX confirmations and settlements processing and quarterly hedge rollsBank statement managementMonitor Treasury emails and Slack channels and respond to inquiries in a timely mannerProvide support for foreign exchange and other transactionsWork effectively with cross-functional teams on process improvementsMaintain compliance with SOX and internal policiesPrepare and analyze Treasury reports such as 30-day daily forecastSupports internal /external audit requirements and reportingAssists with ad-hoc Treasury projects and presentationsSupport Treasury business process and technology initiatives Ideal Candidate will possess:Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to meet deadlines Ability to work independently on issues or problems with other functional areas (e.g. Accounting, Financial Services,Financial Systems, etc.)Ability to build effective working relationships with external and internal counterpartsAbility to articulate and present solutions to senior management and broader teamSuperb work ethic and enthusiasm Job Requirements:Excellent teamwork & communication skillsStrong attention to detail and problem solving skillsAbility to excel in a fast paced environmentAdvanced excel skillsFlexibility surrounding changeDegree or equivalent relevant experience required.
