Job Description

Description The Salesforce Success Plan Sales team is seeking an outstanding seller to join our EMEA team. The successful candidate will support our UKI business in positioning and selling the Signature Success Plan to our customers.The Signature bundle of Success Manager, Mission Critical Support, and Proactive Monitoring delivers Salesforce’s most proactive and personalized support experience. The Signature Sales Executive will be responsible for scoping opportunities and positioning the value proposition of Signature Success with both internal and external customers. This individual will ensure our most strategic customers invest in the right support offering and resource mix.This is a sales role, and success will be measured by target attainment as well as year-over-year growth in Signature revenue. Duties & Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed targets for Signature Success plans across bookings, attach, upgrades, and conversionsBuild relationships with key internal partners to review territories and identify opportunities for Signature SuccessEvangelize Signature Success internally and externallyCollaborate effectively across the organization (including License Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales Operations, Pricing Deal Desk, Legal, Product Management, and Delivery) to resolve customer or sales issuesWillingness to travel up to 25%Qualifications:5–7+ years of experience in license or professional services salesExperience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits ($M+)Strong consultative selling skills, connecting customer objectives to solutions and business valueProven negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closuresBackground in business transformation and technology delivery is a plusCRM + Data + AI application experience; Salesforce product knowledge preferredSelf-starter with strong influence skills and resilience in fast-paced environmentsExcellent relationship-building skills with proven growth of key accountsStrong written, verbal, and presentation skillsDegree or equivalent relevant experience (work experience, military, volunteer, extracurricular leadership, etc.)
