Qualifications & Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of IT experience with demonstrated major solution design/architecture in large enterprises.
• 8-10 years with Salesforce.com, including customizations via Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Lightning, and integrations (SOAP/REST).
• At least 4 years as a Salesforce Architect or Technical Lead.
• Experience architecting and developing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Agile delivery methodology expertise.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Mobile SDK experience.
• Hands-on with Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
