Description Join Salesforce's Digital Enterprise Technology organization as a Product Management Intern. You'll help shape innovative solutions that power our internal operations and enable our teams to work more effectively. We focus on delivering impactful products that solve real business problems through rapid iteration and user feedback.What You’ll DoContribute to feature definition, prioritization, and delivery of innovative products by supporting senior Product Managers on key initiativesAssist in translating customer problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teamsCollaborate with stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations to track progress and help ensure efficient solution deliverySupport rapid prototyping and experimentation efforts, including collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to help validate concepts and gather customer feedbackParticipate in customer research and early adopter programs, compiling and summarizing findings to inform product decision‑makingResearch industry trends and competitive landscapes to contribute fresh perspectives during team discussionsKey RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering), Business, or a related disciplineStrong Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills: Proven ability to structure problems, collect data, and derive insightsExcellent Communication: Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills for translating customer feedback and assisting with documentation (e.g., user stories)Technical Aptitude: Understanding of basic software development lifecycle (SDLC) and core technology concepts; able to discuss feasibility with engineers and designersPreferredPrevious internship or project experience demonstrating product sense, such as: Building and launching a small personal project or app For roles in San Francisco and Los Angeles: Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring, Salesforce will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

  • Previous internship or project experience demonstrating product sense, such as: Building and launching a small personal project or app (experience)
