Role Overview

As a Salesman at PepsiCo in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you'll be the frontline ambassador for our world-class portfolio of beverages and snacks. Key Responsibilities

Vehicle and Stock Operations

Perform daily/weekly vehicle checks, keep it clean and roadworthy, and report issues promptly. Agree on order requirements daily, manage customer stock to prevent out-of-stocks, and implement supervisor-approved merchandising, coordinating with merchandisers as needed.

Reporting and Compliance

Share competitor activity and market info during daily debriefs. Reconcile cash, cheques, and credit sales daily with zero shortages. Stay groomed, drive safely, and adhere to all regulations. Performance is measured by KPIs like sales vs. plan, call compliance, stales, and zero variances.

Qualifications & Requirements

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Arabic (verbal and written), and analytical prowess.
