As a Salesman in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will be the frontline ambassador for PepsiCo's iconic portfolio. Your mission: maximize sales volume, achieve distribution targets, minimize stales, execute merchandising standards, collect receivables, and deliver exceptional customer service. Operating from Jeddah, you'll follow standardized procedures across KSA, provide market insights to your supervisor, and participate in training to elevate your professionalism. This full-time role demands daily debriefs, route planning, and unwavering commitment to KPIs like sales vs. plan, call frequency, and zero shortages.
Sell the full PepsiCo range to your assigned customer list, hitting targets while keeping stales below benchmarks. Ensure approved service levels through optimal call frequency and daily route adherence, reviewed in debriefs.
Perform daily/weekly vehicle checks, maintain cleanliness and roadworthiness, and report defects immediately. Agree on order requirements daily, sustain customer stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks, and implement supervisor-approved in-store merchandising, coordinating with merchandisers as needed.
Reconcile all cheques, cash, and credit sales daily with zero shortages. Monitor competitor activity and share insights during debriefs. Uphold grooming standards, safe driving, and regulatory compliance.
Success is measured by daily/weekly sales vs. plan, positive calls vs. plan, call sequence, stales vs. target, and zero cash/stock variances. Consistent underperformance triggers disciplinary action.
To thrive, bring strong customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Arabic (verbal and written), and analytical prowess for market data.
