Role Overview

As a Salesman in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, you will be the frontline ambassador for PepsiCo's powerhouse portfolio. Your mission: maximize sales volume, achieve distribution targets, minimize stales, implement merchandising standards, collect receivables, and deliver exceptional customer service. Reporting to your supervisor, you'll follow standardized operating procedures across KSA for consistency. Daily debriefs ensure alignment, while training enhances your professionalism. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day impact includes:

  • Selling the full PepsiCo range to an agreed customer list, hitting sales targets while keeping stales below benchmarks.
  • Executing approved service levels with precise call frequency and daily route plans, reviewed in debriefs.
  • Performing daily/weekly vehicle checks, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting defects immediately.
  • Agreeing order requirements daily and stocking customer outlets to prevent out-of-stocks.
  • Implementing supervisor-approved in-store merchandising, coordinating with merchandisers as needed.
  • Reporting competitor activities during daily debriefs for strategic opportunities.
  • Reconciling cheques, cash, and credit sales daily with zero shortages.
  • Maintaining professional grooming, high driving standards, and regulatory compliance.

Performance is tracked via KPIs: sales vs. plan, positive calls, call sequence, stales, and zero shortages. Consistent delivery is key.
