Now with 88 million monthly active users and an over 50% increase in global viewership YoY, Samsung TV Plus’ audience scale and engagement make it the #1 app in the U.S. on the #1 TV brand.We are currently looking for a talented Agency Programmatic Partnerships Manager who can advise on how to improve and strengthen programmatic connections between Samsung’s advertising stack and agency holding company’s programmatic platforms. Agencies are innovating in the way they access partner’s inventory programmatically and Samsung Ads is at the leading edge. This person will have an innate knack for finding new opportunities to better collaborate with agencies on premium streaming video inventory.This individual must be able to think strategically, uncover and respond to evolving market dynamics, identify and rally the organization to troubleshoot issues with agency partner integrations.Additionally, this Agency Programmatic Partnerships Manager will be the consummate team-player and have the ability to work collaboratively across the sales organization within a fluid and fast-paced environment.This position is based in New York, NY with domestic US travel as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with major agency holding companies to understand and deliver on their programmatic business needs to further our holistic partnersTeam up with our ad server and SSP partners to enable agency partnershipsCollaborate internally with our Agency Development and sales teams as a consultant for various platforms and integrationsDevelop workflows and processes to ensure operational excellence for agency programmatic activationsCollaborate with Samsung Ads Product & Engineering team when development is required to enhance agency connectionsTroubleshoot technical issues within SSPs and ad serving platformsConstantly investigate how to make agency connections stronger and more efficientIdentify optimization opportunities and provide recommendations on enhancements Clearly communicate technical concepts to internal and external stakeholdersREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, specifically around streaming TV/video and how agency holding companies participate6-12+ years of industry or relatable experience with a significant portion spent working at a video publisher, SSP, ad server, or DSPComfortable building out technical integrations between publisher and agency ad platformExperience in troubleshooting programmatic connections with agenciesComfortable interacting with large data sets, identifying patterns and trends to action off ofExtensive experience in being hands-on keyboard in various SSPsSkills and QualificationsThe salary range for this role is expected to be between $130,000 and $170,000.
