Job Description

Position SummaryTechnical support Key Account Manager is professional responsible for high support of B2B KAMs and B2B consumers for technical part sales (Knox, solution sales and support), and achieving and further developing business sales results with assigned partners key customers (account manager) within Adriatic region. The key function comprises superior customer relationship management. It is necessary to understand the business and identify the needs of the key accounts in order to provide outstanding customer service and meet customer requirements. Technical support Key Account Manager is responsible for all Samsung Electronics mobile division product groups sold to business customers and through commercial channels.Role and ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility and ownership of technical support and Knox and solution salesRelationship management, negotiation, account planning, project managementIncreasing sales of Samsung Electronics products and achieve the agreed targets within the key accountsFocus on consultative selling by face-to-face relationship building and demand generationAdvises and influences customer contacts over a range of functions and promotes solutions as a key differentiator, where applicableMaintains high quality of pipeline/funnel/opportunity management entries on a weekly basisSkills and QualificationsUniversity degree (e.g. Technical and/or Business Administration)At least 5 years of job experience in the area of technical support and account managementPartner management and channel management experiences in commercial channels preferredExperience in selling complex deals and solutions to enterprise customers and public sectorFluent in English, both written and spokenAdvanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good knowledge of the market and a good business senseUnderstand customers business, related industry trends, appropriate solution needs & requirementsDriver’s license B categoryPipeline/funnel/opportunity managementExcellent organization, coordination, and time-management skillsHighly customer oriented with strong communication skillsAnalytical and strategic thinking, problem solving attitudeSensibility for crisis awarenessAlways challenge processes for further improvement and continuous InnovationGood team player and relationship building skillsPassionate and high level of responsibilityHigh level of reliability, commitment and performance management* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location, at: https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy.
