(SEA)’s Media Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of our company's relationships with media agencies. This role is responsible for ensuring our company receives best-in-class service and support from our agency partners while driving value and efficiency across all SEA lines of business for media agencies and vendors. This role requires a leader who can navigate complex organizations, influence key stakeholders, and represent SEA as a thought leader in the evolving media landscape Agency Relationship Management:Oversee and manage all aspects of media agency partnerships for SEA. This includes acting as the primary point of contact for key agencies, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring agencies are aligned with our business goals.You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal leadership and agency stakeholders to review performance and discuss future strategies.Contract Negotiation & Management:Lead all Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) negotiations. Your primary goal is to ensure the company benefits from the best possible rates, terms, and services.You'll be the expert on our agency contracts and will be responsible for their ongoing management and renegotiation to maximize value.Strategic Agency Support:Serve as a key resource for our internal lines of business (LOBs), providing guidance and support for new agency partnerships and transitions.You will help different teams identify the right agency partners to meet their specific needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.Elevate Strategic Collaboration by co-developing joint business plans with agency leadership to align SEA growth strategies.Vendor Management:Handle the end-to-end process of vendor proposals and management. This includes evaluating potential new agencies, managing the RFP process, and ensuring all vendors meet our compliance and performance standards.You will be instrumental in building and maintaining a strong network of external partners.You will identify gaps and overlap with vendors and identify vendors that meet the needs for all lines of business within SEA.Skills and QualificationsMinimum Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.A proven track record with 10+ years experience of managing high-level agency partnerships, ideally within a media or technology company.Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a history of successfully negotiating complex agreements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.The ability to think strategically about our business needs and how agency partnerships can support our overall goals and build out long term partnership roadmaps.Deep understanding of the media landscape, including digital advertising, media planning, and the role of agencies. #LI-RL3 Life @ Samsung - https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/life-at-samsung/ Benefits @ Samsung - https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/benefits/ NEW JERSEY ONLYThe salary range for this role is expected to be between $197,500 and $244,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
