Position SummaryThe position will evolve you to become an experienced and professional D2C business system & operation, with a record of successful project delivery. The role entails the operation and improvement of Samsung Czech and Slovak e-Store.Role and ResponsibilitiesManagement of Samsung e-store operational processes (in Hybris and SAP system)Communication with BI Team leader and Europe Logistic Team and D2C Sales team to support e-Store operationResponsible for Local W/H process management and monitoring (control tower) – stock level, delivery, data consistency between systems (in cooperation with warehouse and CoE team)All data & KPI analysis and reporting and necessary system testing, project planning and data analysisCoordinate and manage communication throughout the whole D2C Business value chain (Factory, Warehouse, Local Logistic Partner and internal stakeholders) Coordinate and perform ad hoc projectsEnd customer delivery status checking (Collaboration with Customer Service)Assist in preparing MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power Point materials to be presentedSkills and QualificationsMinimum 1-2 years’ experience in SCM related area (Logistics, SCM, Procurement, Biz innovation, Retail Management) and logistic improvement projectExperience with SAP SD-LE-MM moduleBusiness process operation experience (Online biz preferred)Demonstrated ability to identify areas of process improvement and managing improvement projectsPrefer to have online store logistic experienceSelf-starter, highly motivated and strong mind under high pressureVery good knowledge of Czech & Slovak and English* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location, at: https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy.
