Come innovate with us!Position SummaryThe Global Mobility Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the global mobility program participants and business travelers, helping to ensure smooth transitions for employees for international assignment. This role involves coordinating tasks such as visa applications, fleet management, updating payroll data, managing invoices, managing c corporate housing and maintaining employee data. The Global Mobility Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the program and ensuring compliance with global mobility policies.HR Administrator will provide administrative support to departments in SAS. This role carries a wide range of responsibilities and is designed to support teams while helping departments operate with excellence. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to work with a diverse set of leaders and individual contributors. This individual will be responsible for generating reports, performing data entry, providing purchasing assistance, and overall administrative support for the Infra Team Departments.Role and ResponsibilitiesKorean/English bilingual requiredProvide daily administrative support for business travelers and global mobility programs participants.Assist in coordinating visa applications and support the immigration process in collaboration with legal and HR teams.Ensure accurate submission of the assignee’s payroll data, and maintain up-to-date employee records related to mobility assignments.Arrange international travel logistics, including corporate housing, transportation, and SIM card assignments, and registration of parking decals to ensure a smooth transition.Assist with managing relationships with third-party vendors, processing invoices, and maintaining consistency with the company business travel policies.Oversee the leased fleet by managing direct leasing processes, collaborating with dealerships, supporting vehicle maintenance and upkeep, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company automotive policy.Serve as a primary point of contact for general inquiries from employees and managers regarding the company business travel policies and processes, providing guidance on basic program-related questions.Work closely with internal teams to support process improvements, manage workload, and assist colleagues where needed.Update and manage employee data relevant to mobility assignments, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping. Developing and implementing efficient administrative processes and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness. Maintaining accurate records, reports, and data as required. Offering general office administration and support as needed. Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, while following through on issues in a timely manner. Coordinate onsite and offsite events for small and large groups. Create and edit presentations, spreadsheets and other various documents. Effectively handle related activities and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality.Skills and Qualifications• Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues• Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures• Normally receives detailed instructions on all work• Typical entry point for university graduatesThe current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 and $103,970 Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
