Position SummarySamsung Electronics Ukraine is looking for the experienced Head of Retail Marketing & Samsung Experience Stores, who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive foot traffic, sales, and brand awareness across our retail locations; Samsung Experience Stores deployment and coordination; managing collaboration for retail marketing purposes with all retail partners in Ukraine and Moldova; ensuring cohesive campaigns that resonate with target audience in retail and align with business goals.Role and ResponsibilitiesRetail Marketing strategy developmentDevelop and implement comprehensive retail marketing strategies and campaignsAlign marketing initiatives with retail sales goals, product launches, and seasonal promotions. Align retail marketing strategy with global retail marketing strategic guidanceDeveloping of annual retail marketing strategy: collecting all data, analyze external factors, competition activities and internal sales trend, forming strategy and main retail marketing projectsProcess & workflow innovationAnalysis of external & Internal aspects influencing to retail marketing operation, using all kind reports and source to monitor markets situation, retail channels, and user behaviour, regulation, competitors’ analysis for business strategy developmentMaking quick decisions for reaction on market circumstances changes & make a business decision about further channel marketing development and countermeasureInnovative channel marketing projects initiative (Retail Empowerment, SMF, SDI, MCS, etc.)Retail Marketing managementCampaign Management: Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, signage, and POS materials.Implementation of retail marketing plans, display and shelf share targets and other business ratios (premium product) on yearly, quarterly, monthly basis, KPI performance definition & controlRetail marketing personnel management, external FF control & management (incl. training, motivation & other personnel issues)Develop and keep updated channel marketing department structure, developing effective and clear business processes, establish internal reporting and communication systemManage retail marketing budgets and measure ROI on campaigns and initiatives.Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership teams.Ensure brand standards are maintained across all retail locations.Oversee the development of marketing materials that reflect the company’s brand image and voice.Samsung Experience Stores strategy implementationDeveloping of yearly SES retail improvement via renovation & expansion planMid-term SES strategy implementation based on TOP management outlook as well as market perspectiveAnalysis of external & Internal aspects influencing to SES business development, using all kind of reports and source to monitor markets situation, retail channels, and user behavior, regulation, competitors’ analysis for business strategy developmentWhat we need for this role:5+ years of managerial experience on the similar position (Retail Marketing Manager, Head of Trade Marketing)Advanced level of English (written and spoken)experience in people&agencies ManagementCampaign managementExcellent communication, presentation and analytical skillsMarketing certificate, diploma or university degree or equivalentSkills and QualificationsWhat does success look like?A ‘can do’ and positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure, always providing the customer with more than they were expectingThe ability to stop, review, measure and document challenges/opportunities and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders for support and resolutionBe able to cope well with change and the ambiguity which may exist while change is effectedThe ability to put the customer and their experience/journey firstBenefits of working here at Samsung include:Hybrid working with flexible hoursBonus SchemeGreat development opportunities: corporate and external trainings; global company networking for professional and personal growthHoliday - 28 days per annum plus bank holidaysAccess to discount shopping portalСanteen coverage onsite Company benefits package: health and life insurance; corporate doctor company support for sports and recovery; employee personal support (marriage, child birth etc.)We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our Company.
