Come innovate with us!Position SummaryA PI-Systems Professional uses knowledge of wGPM, eSPEC, and MGuide to create, edit, approve, and troubleshoot process flow changes, queue times, spec target / limits, interlocks, metrology sampling, measurement points, etc. Engineering input is received and reviewed for accuracy before being entered into the system for implementation. Production databases control the steps, recipes, and other critical parameters that affect production lots, so flawless execution, organized project planning, and excellent communication / people skills are required. A typo or incorrect setting could result in a high volume of material scrap and/or production delays. Must work well with other interdepartmental teams to test and safely resolve issues / problems. Will need to develop or refine workflows, business processes, SOPs, training materials, and system authority levels to promote both efficiency and quality.Role and ResponsibilitiesAudit, execute, or approve Engineering requests to manage content in Samsung systems• eSPEC: Process specs (STEPSEQ, PPID, queue times, rework, etc.)• eSPEC: Target specs (Target, USL, LSL, grade, etc.)• wGPMTroubleshoot open-ended issues with the systems above in conjunction with interdepartmental teamsDevelop SOPs, workflows, and training materials to improve both team and site practicesSkills and Qualifications• Successful candidates have transferred from UP Process Tech positions or support groups (QR/HRD).• 2-year Technical Degree preferred, but not required.• Prefer 2+ years’ experience with database entry, basic database administration and / or auditing (strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel).• 1+ years’ experience with wGPM, eSPEC, metrology (CD, OCD, TOX), and / or MGuides is a plus.• Background in coding is a plus (no specific coding is required for this position).The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $156,950. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
