If you are ready to grow with a global leader, we want you on our team.Role and ResponsibilitiesA Snapshot of Your DayWe are seeking a talented Key Account Assistant Manager for Independent Retail (IR) who will develop and maintain sales strategy and implement it with distributors & dealers in the UAE, with the clear objective of achieving the company targets in terms of quantity & revenue on Visual Display (VD) products. They will find balance in sales between channels for proper contribution by all channels, whilst managing and monitoring the sales operations, developing and driving continuous product demand and ensuring product display quality.Skills and QualificationsHow You Will Make An ImpactAchievement of company targets based on proper Sell-in/sell-out strategies, which should be set up by the Key Account Manager (KAM)Monitor and drive product demand, stock level, competitor’s promotion, and retail display qualityAchievement of company targets across the UAE:Lead role in the country-wise sales planning and target setting in order to attain higher market share in the local dealer market, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.Identify key models and liaise with marketing and channel to establish them as HIT products.Manage distributors and key dealers and perform channel development to ensure that the proper fulfilment of the objective of Samsung – achievement of sales revenue, market share, investment in the right channel Conduct key retailer management and enhance Samsung VD visibility in the Local Independent Retail (IR) market.Provide accurate and timely forecasts and required reporting to the management team.Monitoring and driving product demand:Liaise with Marketing and dealers, ensuring enhanced product visibility in the dealer outlets in order to maintain dominating availability and display of Samsung products at the shop front.Conduct market-trend analysis and work closely with the channel to develop plans to overcome potential issues.Coordinate channel marketing and sell-out programs to ensure market share achievement.What You’ll NeedOver 5 years of experience in distributor management within a consumer electronics environment with reputed companies.
