Job Description

Position SummaryThe incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of revenue target, quality distribution, in-store excellence and operational efficiency of the account / channel assigned.Role and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the achievement of target revenue assignedSell-out driven mindset to grow market share and maintain healthy channel inventoryEstablish and build long-term relationship with business partners, through good account management, building mutual trust and integrityServe as the bridge between business partners and internal teamsAccountability for the end to end sales and implementation process to ensure successful delivery of dealsLead joint business planning with business partner to identify opportunities and gaps, and working closely on executing action plans for a winning partnershipPlanning and execution of promotional campaigns and activities with product managers and business partners, while working on optimizing trade spend and delivering good ROIStrong follow-up skills and ability to handle objectionsWeekly tracking and analysis of store performance to identify issues and opportunitiesWork closely with retail marketing team to ensure superior in-store visibility and condition, while also managing the performance of field force team assigned to the channelCollaborate with marketing communications team to support business partner’s marketing activitiesWeekly alignment meeting with supply chain manager to ensure accurate sell-in & sell-out forecast, in order to prevent loss of sales opportunities and over stockCarry out sales in ways that focuses on achieving the target based on cooperation with channel accounts.Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutionsEnsure account receivables and payables are managed on a timely mannerSkills and QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma but ideally a Degree (in in any field), with at least 6-8 years of sales experience, in consumer electronics industry preferred.Successful sales track records as well as strong key account management.Preferably with B2C sales experience.Excellent in cognitive thought and problem solving.Creative and innovative.Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Able to multi-task and possess good project management and presentation skills.#Li-Midsenior#Li-SEAO* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
