Position SummaryAs the Learning & Development Lead, you will manage the end-to-end capability development requirements for the organization, including training needs/gap analysis, designing a learning roadmap and provision of relevant learning interventions to the enterprise.Role and ResponsibilitiesRoles and responsibilities include, but is not limited to:[Planning L&D strategy] Drive the establishment of L&D(Learning and Development) strategy, annual operational plans, budget allocation, and KPI(Key Performance Indicator) aligned to the business objectives and organizational competency management.[Establishing and operating L&D infrastructures and policies] Promote strategies for knowledge management resources, social learning initiatives/programs, and acceleration plans for building learning culture.[Planning and managing projects] Oversee project planning, management of stakeholders/person in charge of a project, project execution, and process review.[Competency assessment and L&D effectiveness evaluation] Drive evaluating learning solutions and projects, competency assessment and the decision-making upon profit.Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have/be able to:Bachelor's Degree holderMust have at least 4 years training design and execution experienceExperienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative waysWorks on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors.
