Position Summary1. Develop and administers a variety of health, wellness and/or retirement benefit programs. 2. Work with third-party vendors and/or government agencies for the administration/management of benefit programs.Role and Responsibilities1. [Management of benefit enrollment] Perform on/off-boarding of employees in various health and/or retirement benefit programs.2. [Design of benefit programs] Perform the benchmarking of company benefit programs in line with those of competitors and employee needs; draft recommendations/proposals for benefit modifications.3. [Implementation of benefit documentation] Perform the maintenance and update of all benefit documentations including, but not limited to, policies, SPDs(Summary Plan Description), letters, and other compliance documentations.4. [Support and communication of benefit programs] Prepare communication programs and provide support to employees regarding benefit-related questions including unpaid claims.5.
