As the Nordic B2C Sales Manager within the CE IT division, you will lead a team of Retail Account Managers in building, maintaining, and developing sales of IT products through local and Nordic consumer channels. You will have the full responsibility for the IT business to the consumer market in Nordics, and play the key role in developing and implementing business plans on both the strategic and operational levels.Role and ResponsibilitiesAs the Nordic B2C Sales Manager within the CE IT Division, you will be responsible for achieving:Revenue growth across Nordic consumer channelsIncreased market share within the IT consumer segmentProfitable business performance aligned with strategic objectivesConsistent delivery on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the categoryWhat will be the jobs scope? The Nordic B2C Sales Manager will:Lead a team of Retail Account Managers focused on IT product sales through local and Nordic consumer channelsOwn the full responsibility for the IT business to the consumer market in the NordicsDevelop and implement strategic and operational business plansDefine and execute a Pan-Nordic Go-to-Market strategy based on:Market sizing and analysisConsumer and tech trendsCompetitor landscapeChannel and customer insightsDrive proactive sales planning and execution:Annual, quarterly, and monthly sell-in/sell-out plansProduct-specific sales and campaign plans per accountWeekly updates in internal systems and reporting to stakeholdersWeekly review of sales progress and channel stock with corrective actionsCapture and report Voice of Customer insights regularlyCollaborate with Product Management and internal teams to share market feedbackCo-create and evaluate channel marketing plans with the CE IT Marketing organizationSkills and QualificationsNeed to have:Proven experience as a people managerStrong track record in sales leadershipRetail experience, ideally as a Key Account Manager (KAM)Business acumen and experience in CXO-level sellingFluent English (written and spoken)Willingness to travel a minimum of 50 days annuallyAcademic degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or ManagementNice to have:Experience in Nordic consumer electronics or IT marketsFamiliarity with internal sales systems and campaign planning toolsMultilingual capabilities (Nordic languages)Attributes:Strategic thinker with operational execution skillsStrong leadership and coaching abilitiesExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with a proactive approachCollaborative and customer-focusedSamsung is a dynamic company in a fast moving industry, there are many opportunities to grow and develop!
