The specialist must be effective in planning, prioritizing and executing tasks in a timely manner. They must also exhibit skills in building & maintaining strong relationships both internally & externally. The ideal candidate is able to work in a fast-paced environment with little to no direct supervision. Job Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to key leadership, such as managing calendars, expenses, travel arrangements, and ad-hoc requestsOperational tasks such as processing invoices, vendor registration, budget, and contract managementDraft meeting notes and reports as directedCollaborate on policy projects with our public policy team, where applicableAdditional operational support as neededSkills and QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBilingual (English & Korean) is strongly preferredA bachelor’s degree is preferredMinimum of 3-5 years professional experience in a GR or legislative office (internships included)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organizationStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge and understanding of Congress, the White House, and federal agencies desired.Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business#LI-KR1Life @ Samsung - https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/life-at-samsung/Benefits @ Samsung - https://www.samsung.com/us/careers/benefits/The salary range for this role is expected to be between $47.00 and $57.00.
