Position SummaryWe are looking for a new Presales Engineer to join our team!Role and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all Samsung Electronics Airconditioning product groups sold to business customers and through commercial channelsFrequent and regular face-to-face visits to designers and all relevant partiesHigh level of knowledge of own and competitor HVAC equipment. Supporting customers by providing the best solutions to their requirementsTo increase sales of Samsung Electronics products and achieve the agreed targetsFocus on consultative selling by face-to-face relationship building and demand generationProvides leadership to a virtual account team of cross-functional resources for effectively developing and pursuing sales opportunitiesAdvises and influences customer contacts over a range of functions and promotes solutions as a key differentiator, where applicableTo analyze account profiles and potentials by doing strategic planning and to adapt conditions of sales accordinglyTo analyze sales performance based on defined key performance indicators (KPIs) for each customer and to set up improvements of KPIsTo make timely and accurate sales forecasts to ensure optimized product availability and to develop and support demand generation and customer satisfactionMaintains high-quality pipeline/funnel/opportunity management entries weeklyTo coordinate all activities within the assigned accounts/regionTo provide the partners with product and performance trainingsTo ensure available information which effectively used by the organization, to enable the individual to achieve optimum results along their parameters of responsibilityTo work closely with internal departments and back-office to support the implementation of appropriate processes to meet the requirements of the customersTo provide feedback to the organization regarding market conditions and competitor activities to facilitate quick and appropriate response to changing sales conditionsResponsible for efficient and regular information flowTo actively participate in the annual budgeting processRepresentation of the company outside (mainly trade) according to Samsung Electronics standards and guidelinesSkills and QualificationsUniversity degree in Technical fieldAt least 5 years of job experience in the area of sales/account managementPartner management and channel management experiences in commercial channels preferredBilingual (Local and English) –Advanced knowledge of English in communication and writingGood knowledge of IT systems (MS Office), Auto CadProactive approach and market knowledgeTechnical knowledge of DX and water solutions – HVACProduct presentation skills and creation of the sameCommunication and negotiation skillsExcellent organization and time management skillsAbility to multitaskAccuracy* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location, at: https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy.
