Join us and discover your potential.Role and ResponsibilitiesYour Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will support in promoting and sustaining the cross division innovative approach doing the best with the following activities:Analyze existing Health business processes to identify areas for improvement through the adoption of digital technologies.Manage the design and implementation of digital solutions, including automation, artificial intelligence and ERP systems.Operate Business Process Management (BPM) tools to model and optimize business flows.Ability to apply key process innovation methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.Manage continuous improvement projects, ensuring the integration of innovative solutions into existing business processes.Conduct brainstorming and rapid prototyping to develop innovative solutions for complex business processes.Moreover, you will be asked to support the main processes of inventory management, optimizing communication with sales team, application specialists and customers for the preparation, sale or disposal of aging stock.Skills and QualificationsWhat we need for this roleTo be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:Educational Background: Master/Bachelor with a focus in Management Engineering/Economics.Computer Knowledge: excellent knowledge with Excel and the most common statistical and analytical marketing tools.Language Knowledge: Good written and spoken English anche Italian;Others: Excellent analytical skill, ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals’, problem solver, pays attention to details, accurate, handles multi-tasking, good organizational skillsStarting Date: NovemberBenefits of working here at Samsung include:- Hybrid working- Access to discounts on a wide range of Samsung products- Wellness and well-being benefits- Training portals- Tickets RestaurantWe are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our Company.
