Come innovate with us!Position SummaryThe Process Integration Engineering (PIE) team is focused on incoming technology transfer, production ramp up, new product introductions, yield improvement, stop loss reduction, cycle time reductions and other KPI improvements.Role and ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll be responsible for:Managing projects related to incoming technology transfer, new product introductions, yield improvement, cycle time reductions and other KPI improvements.Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments.Using software to analyze data including statistical analysis; Consults with leadership team on experimental results in order to make decisions about large-scale changes.Integrating Replacement Metal Gate (RMG) module of the process flow.Trouble shooting issues affecting Yield, defect, electrical performance of products.Developing Change Point Management plans.Communicating technical information with presentation.Skills and QualificationsQualifications and KnowledgesBachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field with > 10years of experience in semiconductor industry is required.Master's or Ph.D. with > 7 years of experience in semiconductor industry is preferred.In-depth understanding of Replacement Metal Gate (RMG) module integrationBasic understanding of unit processes including thin films deposition, lithography, etch, diffusion, wet process, Cu plating, and CMP.The current base salary range for this role is between $126,210 - $252,420. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
