Position SummaryAs a part of Junior Product Manager – MX B2B, you will be part of Samsung’s MX B2B division, supporting the management and growth of Samsung products and solutions. You will have the chance to assist in planning and executing B2B product initiatives throughout the life cycle, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role combines marketing coordination, partner engagement and product administration to help strengthen Samsung’s B2B presence and customer satisfaction in the region.Role and ResponsibilitiesProduct & Partner support:Support the administration of Samsung Knox customer requirements and requests.Manage and coordinate the flow of customer information between sales, partners, and internal teams.Prepare and update reports, SIM transaction and sales inputs for the B2B officeMonitor product performance and escalate technical issues when necessary.Marketing & Campaigns:Coordinate marketing documents, approvals and materials for B2B marketing campaigns.Supervise and adapt educational and promotional campaigns for partnersManage the preparation of event materials, samples and FOC coordinationAssist with marketing events and PR launches representing the MX B2B department.Skills and QualificationsUniversity degree in Business, Marketing or a related field 1-2 years of experience in marketing, product managmeent or B2B support roles (preferably in tech)Proficiency in MS Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneousley Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsComofrtable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location, at: https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy.
