This role sits within the MX Retail Marketing team, which drives excellence in customer experience and retail performance through cutting-edge training initiatives. As a Master Trainer, you will have the opportunity to shape local training strategies, deliver best-in-class training programs & sales skills seminars and play a key role in enhancing product knowledge and customer engagement in the retail space.Role and ResponsibilitiesFoster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the training and retail teams.Design & deliver impactful training programs for retail staff, including merchandisers, sales persons of retail stores, contact centers, and service centers, both online and offline. Map the calendar of training activations for mobile division products.Create engaging, innovative training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive e learnings.Ensure all retail and online touchpoints reflect accurate technical information and align with brand guidelines.Measure your impact through S.M.A.R.T. KPIs, evaluate & identify learning gaps of the market and reflect to your next training initiatives.Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Business Administration or equivalent.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training, retail, or related roles. Prior experience within technology sector is highly recommended.Minimum 2 years experience in LMS administration, with a know how on creating eye catching e learning contents.Exceptional presentation skills and public speaking, with experience representing a brand at large audiences.Strong analytical skills with experience measuring training ROI and driving data-informed decisions.Passion for technology (hardware & software) with the ability to understand and convert complex technical details into accessible, engaging content.Excellent written and verbal communication in English with proven certification.Passion for innovation and continuous professional developmentStrategic mindset with the ability to execute operationallyCollaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing business needsResults-driven, ambitious, and committed to excellence* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location, at: https://account.samsung.com/membership/policy/privacy.
