Position SummaryThe Regional eCommerce Planning Analyst will provide support in regional online business planning activities including KPI monitoring, financial and operational analysis and preparation of management review materials. This role offers hands-on exposure to executive decision-making processes, business review cycles and high impact projects, allowing the incumbent to develop key analytical and reporting skills within a dynamic business environment.Role and ResponsibilitiesPerformance Monitoring & Business Review:Track and report key business KPIs (Revenue, P&L, traffic) across sub-channels (B2C, EPP, SMB, 3PD).Prepare and publish regular management reports, providing analysis, insights and documentation of best practices.Support business review cycles by coordinating schedules, consolidating inputs and tracking follow-up action items to ensure timely updates to stakeholders.Meeting Material Preparation:Support preparation and consolidation of materials for regional meetings and management reviews including weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings for C-level, management and working levels.Data validation:Support data validation and ensure accuracy of reporting materials, highlighting discrepancies and suggesting corrective actions.Ad-hoc Reporting & Analysis:Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by management, including preparation of charts, tables and executive-ready presentations.Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in business planning, financial analysis or related fields.Proficiency in Excel for data analysis is a must.Proficiency in PowerPoint for report preparation is a must.Ability to perform repetitive tasks with persistence, consistency and accuracy.Effective communication and presentation abilities.Familiarity with SAP (SD / MM) preferred.Understanding of and/or experience in online business preferred.Understanding of Korean language is a plus* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
