Come innovate with us!Position SummaryAs a member of the T WTR Operations team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the uninterrupted supply of Ultrapure Water to Samsung's manufacturing process while protecting the environment and our community. Your core responsibilities will involveRole and ResponsibilitiesHere's What You'll Be Responsible For:Collaborate with UPW-IWT Process Engineering teams to analyze equipment failures and reliability metrics, driving improvements in maintenance models and system designs.Lead cross-functional efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment and systems.Develop and manage equipment management programs, with a focus on reliability optimization.Participate in resolving urgent process/equipment issues and provide support for staff with quality and reliability expertise.Possess strong Quality and Reliability background with experience in critical tools like Pareto Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Statistical Process Control, FMEA, etc.Have a strong understanding of Reliability concepts, such as FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, and Maintenance types, MTTF, MTBF, and MTTR.Drive process optimization by studying performance data and implementing engineering solutions.Analyze performance data and develop metrics for various operations, with a focus on improving productivity and efficiency.Skills and QualificationsHere's What You'll Bring to Samsung:B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)Semiconductor experience preferred.Skilled in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPointFlexible and team oriented2-year minimum experience in a Manufacturing Operations department3+ years of experience driving equipment life cycle improvementsMust possess required knowledge and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performedReliability Certifications such as Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP) is a plus.Note: This position is Full-Time onsiteThe current base salary range for this role is between $85,936 and $157,880. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
