Position SummaryWe are looking for a new SAP Administrator and RPA Support Specialist to join our Process Innovation team!Role and ResponsibilitiesERP/SAP 1st level support for modules SD, MM, FI-CO, MKCommunication with 2nd and 3rd ERP/SAP support levelERP Authorization managementHybris eStore support and testingReport creation (monthly billing report, audit reports, etc)Providing technical support, training and troubleshooting to SAP end-usersMaintain confidential information discreetly and protect employee privacyContribute to design, build, implementation, testing and maintenance/ support of automation solutionsSupport existing RPA including root cause analysis, clean-up, and bug fixProvide clear and detailed documentation based on requestAd hoc tasks related teamSkills and QualificationsUniversity degree, preferably in Computer science, Programming, Mathematics or related fieldMinimum 6 months of job experience in the area of IT or basic understand of RPA with automation program (Python, UiPath or PA is preferred.
