Come innovate with us!Position SummaryRole and ResponsibilitiesReporting to Director of Legal Transactions Group, draft and negotiate contracts to support advanced semiconductor fabrication facilities across multiple sites, with a focus on vendor/supplier and procurement contracts.Directly advise management on legal risks presented in transactional matters.Continuously improve legal operations, including work processes, forms, software systems, policies and guidebooks.Establish cross-functional relationships to solve problems that impact many company stakeholders.Manage routine legal processes, working with paralegal staff, such as NDA negotiation, task tracking and reporting.Skills and QualificationsMust have JD degree with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience.Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.Must be detail oriented, have good judgment and be able to manage multiple complex and competing priorities without significant supervision.Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing or technology transactions is a plus.Experience working as both an in-house attorney and at a major law firm is a plus. The current base salary range for this role is between $138,026 and $215,665 Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
